Ah, the famous 59 support – 59 seconds for phone, 59 seconds for live chat, and 59 minutes for helpdesk or email. Sounds impressive right? Well, sure, in 59 seconds, you’ll get a response, you know – “Thanks for reaching our support and bla bla bla”.
Of course, you’re not going to get your problems fixed or the question to your answer in JUST 59 seconds, sometimes it takes more time even to read that question. However, after trying support on a few different questions, I… Well, it’s probably the best support I’ve got in a long while. The agents are polite and extremely knowledgeable… and the speed at which my problems were fixed made me do a double take. I don’t usually cover support since it’s usually okay, but wow, Liquid Web impressed me… a little bit.
